About Me

My name is Joseph LaMountain and I am orignially from Westfield, Massachusetts, but moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 2010.
I am a third-year Anthropology and Psychology double major at the University of Florida. My areas of interest include multicultural psychology, forensic anthropology, and osteology. I have educational aspirations of becoming a Medical Examiner or Pathologist.
I began taking international courses because of my infatuation with different cultures and ways of living. Often times, we get used to the urban setting but fail to acknowledge what other individual's lives are like in other countries. 
I hope more individuals realize the benefits behind traveling, along with new experiences, education, and open-mindedness. Travelling to Fiji has opened my eyes to the world, and I hope I have the opportunity to travel the world in my educational career.
